(Not) compulsory car equipment

According to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 regarding the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment, there is no obligation to have a first aid kit in the car. Even though the law does not require it, there are several important reasons why it should be treated as an essential element of vehicle equipment. It is underestimated by many drivers, but it contains everything you may need to provide first aid to an injured person.
